You wait because you are not inspired. As the deadlines near, the adrenaline kicks in. I know this because that is how my life is. Our campus-in which I played a major role-wrote our blue ribbon application in the two weeks prior to the deadline. Most other schools spend the two years prior to write theirs. You are normal-if not gifted!!!
