Being the runner that she is, C1 decided to run!
She and her friend L, got there early to get signed in and stretch out.
An hour and fifteen minutes later...
they were off!
C1 says she can run a mile in nine minutes, so we expected her back around the twenty seven minute mark.
People started coming and we were watching for her. Sure enough, she came in at 26:44!!!
She came in thirty third overall and first for her age group!
This girl can run!!!
